Since 1845 Moro Olive Oil has created premium products, rising to become Australia’s leading olive oil brand with a portfolio of sixteen 100% spanish olive oils and vinegars. Despite this, brand loyalty amongst the category can be an issue, with most Aussies purchasing what’s on special. So when it came to redesigning the brand’s products, we wanted to cement our leadership in the category by acknowledging our heritage. We also wanted to add a new contemporary twist, one that would stand out from the crowd and highlight our values as an ever-evolving household staple who understands Australians and their cooking needs.
Central to the new design was the refinement and elevation of the Moro wordmark, proudly proclaiming our name with pride and confidence across the full width of pack. This was paired with the family crest at the heart of a new design system, anchoring and providing structure across all product SKUs.
