Australians are sick of health insurance. It’s always expensive, confusing and a lot of the time, no one really knows how much it can help them.
As South Australia’s leading health insurance provider and a brand that believes in doing right by their customer in an industry that all too often falls short, Health Partners needed to redefine themselves to showcase the philosophy that sets them apart – Health Insurance, Done Right.
The project began with contemporising the visual identity. The core brandmark employed a dual typeface to symbolise the partnership Health Partners shares with its members, and the new look and feel significantly matured the health fund.
The new branding was supported with a bold, playful above the line master brand campaign spanning TV, OOH, digital, social and beyond, shifting the brand’s tone to a straight-shooting, refreshing acknowledgement of people’s frustrations with the industry, and demonstrating the different ways Health Partners does right by its members.
